The incident was caused by the monitor for pololer.my.id being down, initially returning a 404 status error. Various errors including timeouts, SSL connection issues, and DNS lookup failures followed across different regions. The issue was eventually identified and corrected by updating the monitor URL to include "www." in front of pololer.my.id, leading to the resolution of the incident.
